E-Academys is not responsible for the student’s equipment (such as computers, modems, or headphones). In other words, you are solely responsible for the condition of your personal equipment and for performing any necessary technical checks.

This website is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. E-Academys disclaims all implied warranties regarding marketability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. E-Academys is not responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, availability, service interruptions, viruses, or any other defects in the website or its content. Under no circumstances shall E-Academys be liable for any damages affecting users, their computer systems, or otherwise, even if E-Academys was informed of the possibility of such damages.

All content on this website is copyrighted and owned by E-Academys. Courses are digitally registered and, once subscribed and accessed, payments are non-refundable. No materials from this website may be copied, stored, modified, or distributed without written permission.

Enrollment & Payment

1. Registration & Payment

Students must pay the full course fee at the time of registration via the institute’s website. Registration is confirmed only after full payment. A confirmation email will be sent to the student within 3 business days, detailing academic and financial rights and obligations.

2. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.
If a student cannot complete the course for personal or emergency reasons, they may request to transfer registration to a future course of equivalent value, subject to institute approval and seat availability.

3. Course Cancellation by E-Academys

The institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment or other reasons.
In case of cancellation by E-Academys, registration will be transferred to another course of equivalent value.

4. Obligations

Students must attend and actively participate in all course sessions.
The institute is not responsible for internet outages or technical issues on the student’s side.
